This is a listing for the entire property, which includes the Woodland Retreat (main house which can sleep up to 6), Woodland Cottage (sleeps up to 3), and theTimber Tent (sleeps up to 3).  A private experience amidst redwoods and gardens, yet just minutes from Mendocino village. This dog friendly property with room to roam ensures your furry friendly family members can also join in the fun.

Gather on the veranda and enjoy the covered and fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, redwood bar, gas fire table & BBQ. The large, custom built picnic table will seat up to 12 diners. Alternatively, you can enjoy meals amidst the beauty of the surrounding Redwoods in the all-glass sunroom, no matter what the weather or season. Play lawn games during the day and then star gaze at night while sitting around the large wood-burning fire pit or relaxing in the hot tub.

The luxury outdoor bathhouse is just one of the three bathrooms on property but perhaps our favorite! This elegant take on a camp bathroom features a separate toilet, shower & changing room. There is also an outdoor sink / toothbrushing station to easily support your large group needs. The Woodland Retreat and Cottage both have full bathrooms as well.

For groups of 10 or more the Timber Tent is included in the rate. It is also available as an add on ($100 nt) for smaller groups that would just like to spread out. It features 2 twin beds and a pull out trundle, as well as couch and a covered private deck. Due to its rugged and semi permanent construction, the tent is available year round and includes electricity, heated mattresses, and screened windows for the warmer summer days. 

While this woodland getaway is fully nestled in nature, there is an EV charger, stable wifi, Live & Streaming TV, and an automatic generator on the property for our guests comfort and enjoyment.

Rates are based on 8-person occupancy and are adjusted to accommodate your party for a maximum of 12.
