The home is situated on 2 very private acres with no other homes visible, just a wide open meadow surrounded by redwoods and a meandering creek. Access is quite easy as we are just a mile off of Hwy 1.  We live just 5 houses down the road, and as your hosts, we are readily available and happy to help with any questions or requests. Our private dirt roads are tenderly maintained and susceptible to damage by excessive traffic. We often have wildlife and or families on foot so for this reason was ask that you keep your speed under 10mph when off the paved roads.  Their is a separate rental, Woodland Cottage, approximately 75 feet away on the property.
